Am Freitag, den 11 und Samstag, den 12 April 2008 rufen wir zu zwei Tagen Demonstrationen, Direkten Aktionen, Info-Arbeit, Straßenfesten, Hausbesetzungen… auf, um Freiräume und antikapitalistische Kultur zu verteidigen.
Diese zwei Tage sollen dazu genutzt werden, die europäische/globale politische Bewegung um autonome Räume und besetzte Häuser ins Blickfeld zu rücken. Wir wollen Verknüpfungen und Solidarität zwischen verschiedenen Freiräumen schaffen.Wir wollen unsere Räume mit neuen Menschen und neuen Bewegungen enger verbinden und den Aufbau autonomer Räume an Orten, an denen es solche Aktionsformen noch nicht gibt, unterstützen. Schritt für Schritt wollen wir uns somit befähigen, die Repressionswelle, mit der wir konfrontiert sind, zu überwinden.
Wir rufen auf zu dezentralen und autonomen Aktionen aller Art - je nach dem, was euch in euren Zusammenhängen passend erscheint. Der politische Inhalt, den wir den Tagen geben möchten, wird unten beschrieben.
Wir sind überall
Für Jahrhunderte haben Menschen in der Stadt und auf dem Land besetzte Häuser und autonome Freiräumen genutzt, um selbstbestimmt zu leben. Sie sind ein Werkzeug, eine Taktik, eine Praxis und ein Weg für Leute, ihre Kämpfe auszutragen. Seit Jahrzehnten haben Squat-Bewegungen in Europa und darüber hinaus die kapitalistische Entwicklung bekämpft und damit an lokalen Kämpfen gegen Zerstörung teilgehabt, Alternativen zu profitorientierter und konsumistischer Kultur bereitgestellt, soziale Zentren aufgebaut und auf Mitbestimmung basierende Aktivitäten außerhalb der etablierten Wirtschaft organisiert. Sie haben die Möglichkeit von Selbstorganisierung ohne Hierarchien gezeigt und internationale Netzwerke des Austauschs und der Solidarität geschaffen. Diese Netzwerke haben das Leben vieler Leute verändert: der Ausbruch aus sozialer Kontrolle, freie Räume, in denen außerhalb der Norm gelebt werden kann.
Unter anderem sind diese Orte eine Basis für Treffen und Projekte, für die Erschaffung und die Verbreitung von subversiver Kultur, für den nicht auf Geld basierenden Austausch von Gütern, Ressourcen und Wissen, für das Experimentieren mit neuen Lebensformen, für kollektive Debatten, Verwertung und Konstruktion, für landwirtschaftliche Tätigkeiten, für die Erschaffung unabhängiger Medien.
Ob wir von besetzten Häusern in Städten oder gekauftem Land, von durch Verhandlungen oder Wiederaneignung erlangtem Grund im ländlichen Raum, von in Stand gesetzten Fabriken oder selbst gebauten Gebäuden sprechen, diese Räume sind sind Zuflucht für RebellInnen, Geächtete, arme und obdachlose Leute, radikale AktivistInnen, illegalisierte ImmigrantInnen. Für uns sind diese Räume entscheidender Teil einer Bewegung für soziale Veränderung. Überall in Europa drücken Regierungen repressive Programme durch. Regierungen attackieren lange bestehende autonome Räume, wie das Ungdomshuset in Kopenhagen, Køpi und Rigaer Straße in Berlin, das EKH in Wien und Les Tanneries in Dijon, besetzte Sozialzentren in London und Amsterdam, Ifanet in Thessaloniki, etc. In Frankreich sind nach der Anti-CPE-Bewegung und der Welle von Aktionen und Aufständen während der Präsidentschaftswahlen besetzte Häuser zum Vorzugsziel für die Polizei geworden. In Deutschland wurden im Vorfeld des G8-Gipfels viele autonome Häuser angegriffen und durchsucht. In Genf und Barcelona haben die Behörden mit der Räumung von zwei langjährigen und großen „squatting fortresses“ versucht der Bewegung ein Ende zu setzen. Während es in manchen Ländern noch möglich ist leerstehende Gebäude zu besetzen, stellt es in anderen bereits eine Straftat dar. Auf dem Land wird Zugang zu Grund und Boden schwieriger und Kommunen bekommen zunehmend Probleme durch Gesetzgebung zu Hygiene und Sicherheit und durch Gentrifikation zu Gunsten des Bürgertums und Touristen. Unabhängige Kultur ist überall in Europa bedroht.
Vor ein paar Monaten haben wir die anhaltenden Kämpfe auf den Straßen Kopenhagens gesehen und die Aktionen überall in Europa: Eine Explosion von Wut über die Räumung des Ungdomshuset. Seitdem, und nach einigen anderen Widerstandsgeschichten der letzten Monate, haben wir es geschafft die Bedeutung internationaler Solidarität wiederzubeleben.
Uns motivieren die gleichen Leidenschaften, wir empfinden die gleiche Zielstrebigkeit und haben in der Repression den gleichen Feind und teilen über Grenzen hinweg das Verlangen, eine Welt der Gerechtigkeit und Selbstbestimmung zu schaffen. Als unangepasste und unregierbare Inseln unkontrollierter Freiheit werden wir in Solidarität handeln und unsere internationalen Verbindungen stärken, wie viele Kilometer auch zwischen uns liegen.
