Der DUBCLUB paart eine Kombi aus linkspolitischen sowie kulturellem Anspruch, für die klammen Anti-Repressionskassen diverser aktiver politischer Gruppen in Freiburg. Es wird gefeiert und die Veranstaltung findet nicht durch Zufall im Autonomen Zentrum der KTS statt.

Musikalisch sowie auch tontechnisch wird der Dubclub vom Digital Steppaz Soundsystem seit jeher präsentiert. Die hör- und spürbaren Musikrichtungen Reggae, Dub und Bassmusic werden auf einem der selbstgebauten satt klingenden Soundsystems in der KTS gespielt. Exzessiv und wild wird gefeiert. Vor dem vibrierendem Boxenturm trifft Punk auf Anarch@ und Akademiker_in auf Soundnerd_x sowie Dreadist@.
